First of all, we'd like to point out that under no circumstance--ever--is Brush Script an acceptable typographic substitute when Porsche's iconic Carrera script needs to be replicated. Punto e basta. SUNDAY, DAY 3: LIVE NEWS FROM THE GOODWOOD FESTIVAL OF SPEED. The 2008 Goodwood Festival of Speed rounded off with an epic Sunday with a jaw-dropping procession of supercars, historic race cars, an appearance by current F1 leader Lewis Hamilton and a series of historical curios and crashes to keep spectators on their toes. Sunday's highlight was the much-hyped appearance of McLaren F1 driver Lewis Hamilton.
Jaguar Land Rover - new models and brand with Chery JV in China
It’s been clear for some time that Jaguar Land Rover are eager to cement a joint venture (JV) with a Chinese car maker so they can have a beachhead in to China’s rapidly growing car market. And that JLR JV seems almost certain to be with Chery. Part of the deal for Western car companies seeking to do business in China is not just a partnership with a Chinese company, but a sharing of technology and a range of cars badged up with the Chinese partner company’s brand.
